"In 2022, we ordered a charging station from the Soolutions webshop," says Ulucan Akirmak, co-owner of installation company Ecoselekt. "We quickly discovered that we could also register as an installation partner. Now, through the Soolutions platform, we receive requests for charging station installations, and they provide the hardware. It's a win-win."

As an installer, you typically receive work orders through various channels, such as email and phone requests, installations via job providers & portals, and repeat orders from regular clients.

As an installation partner, there are clear advantages to partnering with the Soolutions platform:

✔️ You receive videos of the customer's situation as if you were on-site

"We're just partners, but sometimes it really feels like I'm a colleague," says Ulucan. "The cooperation with Soolutions, especially with the person responsible for installations, Patrick van der Meijs, goes very well. Most installations are successful, but sometimes customers expect too much. There are different expectations or disagreements. But... we are electricians and charging station installers, not carpenters or tile setters. In such situations, I always notice that Soolutions takes care of everything or solves the issue and also protects our people. It just works very pleasantly."

Would Ulucan recommend other installers to work with Soolutions? "Absolutely!" he says. "Because the system is ideal an automated platform with automatic quotes and customers who can proactively send videos. But don't put too much on it, we don't want too much competition."
